Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS), headquartered in the USA, is looking for an IT service coordinator to work remotely from their home office and support our USA based clients. We are an IT managed services (MSP) business that specializes in a high-quality, customer focused approach to designing, managing, and maintaining computer networks for organizations throughout the USA and have been in business since 2008. Essential Skills / Experience:

At least 4 years' experience in solutions sales in one of the following industries: MSPs, IT Infrastructure or Networking, Cloud Solutions, , SaaS, Cybersecurity). Excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues. Strong working knowledge of IT consulting, products, and services. Adept at cold calling, networking, and prospecting. Ability to build client relationships over the phone/online. Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills. Able to type at least 50 words per minute.

Core Job Functions:

Develop leads and create appointments with clients for our comprehensive network health assessment. Develop sales plans, prepare sales sheets and metrics, and stay on top of outbound sales activities. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through understanding their needs. Facilitating the answers to any technical questions the client might have. Make calls to prospective clients. Use subscription lists and various non-customer contacts to promote DTS and uncover new business opportunities. Track and record lead and appointment information in our CRM system (ConnectWise). Follow up on leads generated by our website and our marketing automation platform. Meet with current clients on a monthly basis to review support issues and obtain referrals.

Secure and quiet work area with ability to carry out a phone conversation with little or no background noise. Internet connection capability of at least 20 Mbit download. Reliable power (must have a whole house UPS if unreliable) Able to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

R25,000 - R35,000 per month or more depending on skills and experience. R100,000 average in commissions for each new client obtained. 30 days paid time off per year. Quarterly performance bonus plan.
