What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for tech and IT (you don't need to know everything about PCs - just bring your eagerness to learn!)
Based in Salt River, Cape Town - with your own reliable transport
No prior retail experience required - just a great attitude and willingness to grow
A strong eye for detail and the ability to pick things up quickly
Comfortable working closely with the owner and learning the day-to-day operations of an IT retail outlet
our key responsibilities will include:
Assisting walk-in customers with basic IT-related queries
Identifying and probing common tech issues
Logging and booking in devices for repairs, upgrades, or custom PC builds
Helping to ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience
