It Operations Manager Networks

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve network infrastructure strategies and roadmaps
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of network projects (LAN/WAN deployments, segmentation, and migration)
- Oversee technology refresh cycles and ensure alignment with standards and policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivery timelines and milestones
- Act as the point of escalation for complex and high-impact incidents
- Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and recovery plans
- Enterprise network architecture, security and design (5+ years)
- Experience across a diverse tech stack: PaloAlto, Cisco Meraki, Arista, Mellanox, and Saisei
- Proven experience in team leadership and technical escalation
- Certifications:
- CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent)
- PaloAlto PCNSA (minimum)
- PCNSE and CCIE (or Track)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
- AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer
- Arista or Mellanox Vendor Certifications
