Description

• Support of Mobile Network Operations (Connected Drive) in EMEA and USA.
• You work in a team which is responsible for the mobile communications operation of mobile connected services for the companys fleet in EMEA and USA.
• You will manage the eSIM subscription management solution and overcome challenges around localization and fleet changes.
• You work closely with the vehicle development and incorporate new requirements into operations.
• Together with our external partners you develop big data solutions to analyze complex relationships.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & experience required:

• Matric (Senior Certificate) plus relevant IT Degree/Diploma (Information Technology/Engineering).

• Minimum of 3 years of IT operations experience with specific focus on supporting Mobile Network Operations.
• ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous).
• Project management certification (advantageous).

Essential skills required:

• ITIL / IT Service Management process knowledge.
• Solid IT operations experience (Incident-, Change-, Problem-Management) ideally in enterprise environments.
• Project management skills.
• Provider steering experience (Mobile network operators, support provider).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively

(both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues. * Solid understanding of mobile network technologies (4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS, SIM Subscription Management).

• Good overall IT infrastructure technology understanding.
• Experience in coordination and steering small teams.
• Capacity to interpret business needs and implement solutions.
• Control and actively work on improving MTTR for ITSM incidents.
• Agile working methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge in DevOps principles and steering of teams.
• Release management process and procedure knowledge.
