Our Client a leading global transport and logistics company, seeks a dynamic and experienced IT Operations and Services Manager to lead and manage a critical aspects of their Local IT Operations and Services in the Road Logistics and Road Transportation Industry.

You will be responhsible for overseeing IT Sevice Delivery, Budget Management, Client Onboarding, and ensuring adherence to IT Security Policies. As a pivotal member of their IT Operations and Services team, you will play a central role in Business Change Management, Marketing, and Sales functions.

Qualification and Experience:

• BSc/ Bcomm degree or 3- year Diploma- Non negotiable
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT industy
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role responsible for all aspects of managing an IT team in a mid to large size company.
• Your current role preferably sees you reporting to a CIO/ CTO/ IT Director or similar
• Competence and demonstrable expereince in successfully operating at a strategic level. Your current role preferably sees you as a member of the business EXCO / MANCO with full accountability for the entire IT portfolio of the business.
• Superior capability and proven track recrd of successful delivery of turnkiey IT Plrojects
• Solid experience in preparing budgets and actively managing the budget, tracking actauls againt budgets.
• Advanced experience of managing delivery of IT Projects through a combination of in-house and vendor-based teams, ensuring strategic and technical alignment with the internal IT roadmap.
