Your Role and Responsibilities
IBMSA B-BBEE Skills Development Learnership Intern Program serves as an entry point for young people into the ICT industry and workplace, broadening their further understanding of workplace practices. On successful completion of the programme, learners receive a recognised National Qualifications Framework (NQF) certification in Systems Development.
Our Interns are exposed to on-the-job training and exposure to the business environment, whereby giving them a competitive advantage over applicants with no experience.
The learning plan is designed to obtain theoretical knowledge and international badge certification, whilst also exploring emerging technologies. Our Learnership Programmes are registered with the MICT SETA. Learners have the privilege of being mentored and coached by extremely qualified employees during their workplace experience.
The training providers we use are industry leaders in the field of study. When you join the Learnership Programme you will become part of a 24 month programme with milestones and certifications including international certifications over this period; this will allow you maximum exposure to various technologies in order to assist you to make an informed career choice.
