Job & Company Description:
Our client, a global leader in their field, is searching for an Operations Manager xe2x80x93 IT Infrastructure. This esteemed position involves managing the organization's network and security, acting as a single point of contact for all Data Centre activities, and ensuring global infrastructure excellence.

Education:

• IT Technical Certifications (e.g., GNIIT, Microsoft, Cisco, SUN).

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 2 years hands-on in deploying and configuring Network & Security devices like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• A minimum of 1 year project management experience, overseeing a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Mastery of SDLC and Change control processes.
• Strong vendor management skills, including evaluations, negotiations, and SLA Management.
• Familiarity with Audit & Compliance activities.
• In-depth experience supporting extensive networks, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Networking, Router deployment, Switches, and more.
• Knowledge of InfoSec guidelines, vulnerability assessments, and mitigation.
• Awareness of Info Security appliances & devices.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience in Network monitoring techniques, bandwidth provisioning, and Info Security log analysis.
• Knowledge in a DR environment, ITIL Standards, and practices.
• Expertise with Corporate email systems like Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
