IT Infrastructure Manager Information Technology

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications - ITIL, CCNA, MCSE

Required Experience:

7-10 Years Experience at the managerial level

• Proven experience 7-10 years in managing IT infrastructure and operations
• Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, servers, storage systems, databases, virtualization, cloud computing, and telecommunications
• Proficiency in IT service management principles and methodologies, with experience using ITSM tools and frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, databases, and telecommunications
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure components
• IT Operations Management
• Vendor and Service Provider Management
• IT Service Management
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity for IT systems and infrastructure
• Performance Monitoring and Capacity Planning
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and enhancements to meet business needs
• Compliance and Security Management for IT infrastructure and operations
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect data, systems, and infrastructure
• Lead IT infrastructure projects
• Team Leadership and Development IT infrastructure and operations team
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure and operations
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
