Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and JIT Technician to join our dynamic team
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices. Provide basic IT support to clients and staff, including software installation and minor hardware repairs. Deliver and collect IT equipment from clients and suppliers in a timely and professional manner. Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate records of IT assets. Ensure proper handling of IT equipment.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking. A valid CODE 10 driver's license Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and carry IT equipment when needed.
Preferred but Not Required:
IT-related certifications (A+, N+, or equivalent) Previous experience in an IT role Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware/software issues
