Candidate should have the following experience or be able:
To / have worked with or facilitated to students using a learning record
To communicate effectively with fellow IT staff & users of information systems for the delivery of IT learning programmes.
To demonstrate an understanding of different types of computer systems and the use of computer technology in IT development and design for skills transfer in educational delivery.
To make up electronic POE and have learning evidence collection skills
Able to guide students learning on practical exposure and or on-the job problem solving skills and its application in IT environment.
Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes:
The individual should be able to:
Facilitate to special needs unemployed youth of varied ability
Implement and facilitate ongoing IT occupational skills training to special needs candidates using E-learning blended delivery of IT systems development occupational skill.
Apply an understanding of the NQF framework in the special needs skills development and blended e-learning training
Administer occupational training practical's administration and simulated exposure
Compile training and occupational skills delivery reports
Collect and review portfolio of learning evidence
Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
Provide learners with an understanding of the Industry they will be pursuing a career in.
Assess candidate to check understanding and collect sufficient evidence for competency

Communication skills - the ability to present ideas and information clearly
Excellent standard of organisational skills and Time Management - the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure key targets are met, whilst maintaining a high standard of work and accuracy concisely and accurately both verbally and in writing
Be able to explain content clearly both verbally and written to special needs candidates and relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
