Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a professional IT ERP - HCM Senior Tech Lead on a contract duration of 4 months.Role SummaryThe HCM Tech Lead is an experienced technology leader with an extensive background in software design and development, project engineering, and Agile management.Technical lead will be the interface between business entities and the various technical areas for the design, architectural and development of HCM/Payroll journeys. This role owns the architectural and design decisions for the team/squad.The Tech Lead (STL) is an executor and visionary behind the technical solution that values simplicity and is unafraid to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve an Agile design. Works closely with all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs. Will drive the team's engineering practices in test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. Hands-on team member who actively coaches the team to solve complex problems. Acumen experience leading teams on technology projects in the Telecommunications industry.ResponsibilitiesReview & approve the design and development of Oracle HCM + Sage Payroll. The overall technological design authority of the ERP Platforms with the help of the teams/squads (including all system integrations)Lead and manage software development teams. Guide project teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment.Write/review technical documentation and create detailed reports.Review/approve test and debug of ERP system & correspondent modules. Mentor and coach the technical team in the squad, specifically with code reviews.Be hands-on and engage in coding to help the team develop the solution and solve all surfacing problems.
