Purpose of the role
Plan and deliver initiatives through PPM with benefits tracking
Minimum Requirements
Honors Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Project Management, Business or related field
AgilePM / Scrum Master / equivalent agile certification
Minimum of 7 years experience as an IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a multi-project / portfolio environment
Formal training or certification related to benefits management or portfolio management advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Define engagement model, intake and prioritisation with functions.
Plan, track and report portfolio delivery via PPM with benefits realisation.
Facilitate reviews (SteerCo/MBR), risks/RAIDs and dependency management.
Coach teams on delivery standards and value measurement.
Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CE/F&O, Azure, Power Platform, Fabric/Power BI, GitHub/Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Teams/SharePoint, Purview (role-dependent)
