Job & Company Description:
My client is a leading Software Solutions provider, serving a vast variety of industries.
This role offers a unique chance to be an advanced professional in the systems & process design and implementation space and have experience on low, medium, and high client facing projects requiring custom or out of box solutions and software implementations.
It involves working directly with the client, including stakeholders of various level and possibly third-party vendors to understand their business, customer, systems and technology needs and identify opportunities to improve the document output for their end clients.
Education:
- Matric + A Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- +4 Years Business Analysis experience within IT.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Software Development Projects.
- Must Come from Financial Services (Insurance / Banking) OR
- Have solid Experience with The Following Document Types (Financial Statements, Transactional, Investments, Trends, Historic, Taxes, Summaries, Deposit/Lending/Loans, Reports, Letters/Notices, on-boarding, Billing statements (metered and non-metered), Payment Services, Letters/Notices, Healthcare / Insurance, Statements, invoices, reports, administrative documents).
- Must be Technically Strong (MS Office and Visio Experience)
- A stable Career track record.
