Job Description
An IT Leasing solutions client, in the heart of Johannesburg North, is looking for an IT Asset Manager to join their team, where your primary responsibility is the execution, monitoring and support of the solution application and related systems for them and their clients.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- ITIL Accreditation and experience
- 5 years' experience in IT Asset Management
- Completing and maintaining relevant systems administration paperwork
- Understanding SQL, relational databases and middleware an advantage
- ITAM business processes mapping and management experience project lifecycle management experience
- Completing and maintaining relevant systems administration paperwork
- Assist the client in managing the number of devices not seen
- Establish processes and systems to establish and enhance effective reporting processes
- Generate and prepare reports as defined by the client
- Ensure data requirements performed are administered efficiently
- Reconcile and maintain up to date software application information and contract information
- Establish, maintain, document and enhance systems processes and procedures
- Oversee technical incidents by logging incident, following up and providing feedback on the status of the query
- Act as a liaison between the client and group
