Key Responsibilities
Provide first line support to staff across the organisation with general IT administration.
Logging tickets for various IT platforms and assisting with ensuring tickets are logged and escalated to relevant departments to resolve.
Assist the IT department with all finance related queries, loading all vendors, processing of payments, follow up on all invoices and general administration related to purchase orders.
Schedule and arranging couriers to assist in sending equipment to stores.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
Support the IT department with general administrative functions
Qualifications
Relevant IT certification is essential
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in a similar IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support role in IT Helpdesk.
Strong knowledge of Google workspace and server environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace).
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
