We are recruiting an IR Compliance Officer for a 6-month temporary assignment in Secunda.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute compliance monitoring processes to verify supplier adherence to legal requirements.
Ensure accurate verification of employment contracts and competency checks.
Interface professionally with labour brokers, supplier site agents, and contractor employees.
Report on compliance and non-compliance issues.
Assist with audits on conditions of employment, including wages, benefits, and deductions.
Compile IR and compliance reports and support administrative functions.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (HR / IR Diploma or Degree advantageous).
3-5 years' experience in IR, HR, and administration roles.
Strong understanding of labour relations.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic team environment.
