Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing incidents, problems, and change like a captain steering through turbulence
Strong leadership and operational management--rally your crew and keep them steady under pressure
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a cool head when alarms go off
Stakeholder communication and engagement across regions--because a steady voice calms the storm
ITIL knowledge--your navigation chart through complex systems
Qualification:
Relevant IT degree or diploma preferred, ITIL certification advantageous
