Requirements
Educational RequirementsA relevant 3-4 year IT qualification in one of the following:
+ Computer and Information Science
+ Management Information Systems
+ Information Technology
+ Computer Engineering
+ Computer Programming
Professional Certifications (any combination applicable)
MCSE / MCITP or equivalent degree/diploma
O365 / Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Certifications
Azure Virtual Desktop / Cloud PC certification (advantageous)
ITIL v3/4
Experience Requirements
5-7 years' IT experience, preferably in geographically and technically complex environments
Hands-on experience with:
+ Microsoft Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)
+ Microsoft Exchange (2016, 2019, DAG)
+ Windows File Server Management (DFS)
+ DNS, DHCP, Routing
+ Active Directory (2012, 2016, 2019)
+ RDS Terminal Services (2016, 2019)
+ O365 / Azure Administration
+ Mimecast Email Gateway Management
Experience with IT operations monitoring, reporting, and support
Exposure to infrastructure monitoring and asset management
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft and Azure platforms

Duties & Responsibilities
The main functions:
IT Operations
Monitoring of all Zestlife Infrastructure as a member of the I&O team
End-User Support for Zestlife business
IT contact center for Zestlife
Support Business with Telephony, infrastructure and connectivity and MS operations.
Implement and adhere to best practice guidelines, policies, processes and procedures.
Ensure technical operational efficiency within the business.
Execute business needs, based on identified priorities within the team
IT Operational monitoring and reporting
Identify, minimize and escalate potential IT risks and opportunities in IT Operations.
Ensure effective business alignment by developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders as part of the I&O team
Deliver successful end user support to Business
Accountable to I&O Operations Specialist
Security and User Management
Business application security administrator for all Zestlife core applications.
Spot checks on Ad accounts for Zestlife
Assist with IT audits for Zestlife
Assist with quarterly security reports
Accountable to I&O Operations Specialist
Infrastructure
Maintain the current functionality of infrastructure technology within the business
Implement Infrastructure monitoring benchmarks as identified by the team.
Accountable to I&O Operations Specialist
Lan & Wan
Monitor and support the onsite Lan and Wan for Zestlife Business
Assist users with password resets and connectivity support
Accountable to I&O Operations Specialist
Asset Management
Updating/Maintaining of the asset register for all IT hardware as part of the team

Technical CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory, O365/Azure, RDS, DNS/DHCP, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Skilled in IT security, compliance, and audit support (including Mimecast and AD account checks).
Experienced in LAN/WAN support, telephony, connectivity, and end-user access.
Strong background in IT operations monitoring, risk management, and asset management.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and implementation of best practice processes.
