We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our logistics team in Chloorkop. This role is suited to a candidate with solid transport billing experience, strong system knowledge, and the ability to perform accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timeous invoicing of high volumes of transport and logistics transactions

• Application, verification, and maintenance of agreed customer rates and services

• Invoicing of various logistics services, including but not limited to:

• RDF

• Airfreight

• Other transport and logistics-related services

• Ensuring compliance with customer contracts and rate agreements

• Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies and billing queries

• Liaising closely with operations and internal departments to ensure billing accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's proven experience as an invoicing clerk within the transport or logistics industry

• Experience using Parcel Perfect

• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets accurately

• Solid understanding of transport and logistics rates, services, and billing structures

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
