Inviting applications for the role of Invoice to Cash -Senior Process Associate - English - On site Johannesburg

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our client's credit and ensuring that client debts are paid on time

ResponsibilitiesActively monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding overdue invoices, payment plans, and account discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections activities. Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and aging accounts for management review Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any client issues that may impact payment collection Identify opportunities to improve the collections process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred Clear credit record / may not be under debt review Prior experience in accounts receivable or collections Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in SAP & D365 is an added advantage
