Invoice / Cost Administrator (9 Month Contract)

Job Description


A well known global chemical and energy company is urgently looking for an experienced individual with financial Acumen to support the Project team as an Invoicing / Costing Administrator.

This role is a work from home role in Sandton area.

9-month contract.

Candidate must be familiar with Mozambique tax laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Risk management
  • Governance management
  • Relationship management
  • Data verification
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Processing invoices
  • Ensure accuracy of PO's
  • Reconciliations
Non-negotiables:
  • Matric - completed and valid
  • SAP experience
  • Familiar working on a document management system
  • Must be familiar with Mozambique tax laws
  • Clear ITC (Credit)
  • Clear fraud
  • Clear crim
  • Great track record - reference checks will be conducted upfront
  • Excellent English communication - written and verbal
  • Report writing skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Self motivated / Independent
  • Financial acumen
Must be able to start immediately with new employment
