Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execution of M&A Mandates and Transactions.
  • Financial Modelling and Valuations.
  • Investment Report writing and presentation to Investment Committees.
  • Managing all stages of transactions.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Bachelors or masters Degree in a Business, Finance or Management.
  • 5 or more years of Experience Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/Private Equity.
  • MBA from a top Business School or CFA is an advantage.
