Run Quality Interviews

Within 7 days, complete at least 10 structured interviews weekly, maintaining a 90%+ compliance rate with protocols.

Evaluate Candidates Objectively

From week 1, connect interviews to role requirements and apply frameworks

Improve Team Outcomes

Within 6 months, help reduce early turnover by 20% by recommending only candidates aligned with role expectations.

Enhance Candidate Experience

Within 90 days, reach 95%+ positive feedback scores on fairness, clarity, and professionalism.

Ensure Accurate Records

Upload notes and scorecards within 24 hours of each session, maintaining 100% accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

Process Improvements:

Support strategies to improve interview to offer ratios and reduce applicant drop off.

Issue Resolution:

Continuously identify and fix bottlenecks in scheduling, documentation, or process flow.
