If you are you that dynamic, self-starter who is passionate about lending, financing, sales, client services and building business relationships, we have an exciting 12-month Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in November 2023. If you are successful, you will be placed at one of our regional branches and client service outlets in Emalahleni.

Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:

• Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
• Analyze customer financial position and recommend solutions
• Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
• Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
• Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
• Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
• Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
• Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
• Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
• Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• Driver's license is advantageous but not essential

• Must be unemployed and currently not registered for any studies.
• Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth
• Must have interest in working in financial services sales environment
• Applicants must be available to start with the internship in November 2023
• Must reside in the local town or surrounding areas
