Candidates must have completed a relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in industrial psychology (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) with Industrial/Organisational Psychology as a major)
Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, email and Internet
No criminal record
Candidates must currently be unemployed
Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) - relocation is NOT an option
Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 01 August 2025
Candidates must be a South African Citizen - African, Coloured and Indian
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Relevant tertiary qualification
HPCSA registration (advantage)
SKLLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proactive problem-solving
Comfortable to present and facilitate to diverse groups
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide change management support to consultant
Provide training admin (arranging venues, inviting candidates, capturing attendance, arranging access to LMS, training reports etc.)
