Internship Industrial Psychology

Job Description
Job Summary The criteria is as follows: -
- Candidates must have completed a relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in industrial psychology (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) with Industrial/Organisational Psychology as a major)
- Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, email and Internet
- No criminal record
- Candidates must currently be unemployed
- Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
- Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) - relocation is NOT an option
- Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 01 August 2025
- Candidates must be a South African Citizen - African, Coloured and Indian
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- HPCSA registration (advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving
- Comfortable to present and facilitate to diverse groups
- Provide change management support to consultant
- Provide training admin (arranging venues, inviting candidates, capturing attendance, arranging access to LMS, training reports etc.)
- Change Management Reporting
- Logistical arrangements
- Stakeholder engagement
