A finance departments activities can have a tremendous impact on an organization and its general performance, eXp Realty is no exception. Our finance team provides critical information to leadership for effective management and successful outcomes. We work closely with management throughout the organization, we manage equity, we identify risk management, ensure cash flow management as well as handle tax management. As a successful member of the finance team you will problem solve, be highly analytical, extremely detail oriented and be a top notch communicator.

What You Will Do:

The International Treasury Manager (ITM) is a key role reporting directly to the Global Treasury Director (GTD). The ITM is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of international treasury operations to support the company's global expansion. This includes setting up and maintaining global bank accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and facilitating efficient and secure payment processing. The ITM collaborates with various stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, to ensure smooth operations and effective financial management.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Establish and Manage International Bank Accounts:

  • Collaborate with in-country bank contacts, legal counsel, and Designated Managing Brokers to complete KYC and other banking forms for setting up new bank accounts.
  • Administer and maintain 68 international bank accounts across four banking platforms, including adding and removing users, as well as managing user privileges.
  • Set up tax modules to facilitate accurate tax reporting and compliance.
Financial Oversight and Reporting:
  • Conduct weekly meetings with international leadership to align goals and priorities.
  • Confirm foreign exchange rates in FX Pulse.
  • Perform quarterly User Access Review Audit to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Prepare and submit annual Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) reporting as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee monthly transfer pricing activities to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
Team Management and Process Improvement:
  • Manage and direct the Global Treasury Specialist, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Foster an environment of cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with diverse teams across different countries.
  • Collaborate with managers worldwide to review and authorize daily payments within the specified limit.
  • Develop and refine treasury processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to special Treasury Operations projects as assigned.
Administrative Support:
  • Complete banking paperwork and documentation on behalf of the Treasury Director as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall financial operations.
How You Will Grab Our Attention:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in international treasury operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to constant changes
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
