A dynamic and experienced Sales Manager is required to drive international market growth across both accommodation and DMC (Destination Management Company) sales. This hands-on role combines strategic sales leadership, global brand representation, and new market development, with a strong focus on guest experience, sustainability, and community engagement. Minimum 5 years in luxury travel, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field Drive international sales growth across DMC and accommodation offerings Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate key markets Represent the brand at global trade shows, events, and presentations Support, coach, and monitor market-based sales teams Build and maintain strong client and partner relationship Oversee proposal development, sales presentations, and deal closure Ensure sales targets and performance metrics are achieved Manage budgets and control sales-related expenses Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and safety protocols ?? ???? - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
