Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations across multiple countries and regions. The successful candidate will expand the company's market presence, increase revenue, and build strong relationships with international clients and distributors.Education & Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years' experience in the same or similar role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and international market engagement-especially in manufacturing or industrial sales.
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Exposure to international markets, export sales, or distributor management.
• Experience working with distributors, agents, or direct customers in foreign markets.
• Ability to set up and manage sales operations in multiple countries.
• Strong network of global distributors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills for high-value contracts.
• Solid understanding of global supply chains, logistics, and trade regulations.
• Leadership experience in international business strategy and global market expansion.

• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
