Rajdarbar Soap is a trusted manufacturer of premium, eco-friendly, oil-based laundry soaps with decades of expertise. We are expanding globally and seeking driven International Sales Managers to lead our entry into new markets by building strong distributor and importer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and wholesale partners in assigned international markets.
Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on market performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG / household / detergent / soap products.
Strong network and ability to connect with distributors and importers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results.
Fluency in English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
