Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Call Centre Agent as well as recent graduates to join dynamic international campaigns across customer service, sales, and specialist support environments, including clinical trial and healthcare-related campaigns.
These roles support UK and USA markets and operate on rotational shifts, making them ideal for adaptable, customer-focused professionals.
Working Hours & Shifts:
Rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday
Aligned to UK and USA operating hours
Shifts may include day, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays
Schedules adjust in line with UK & USA Daylight Savings Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
Managing customer interactions across calls, emails, and digital channels
Delivering high-quality customer service and sales support
Accurately capturing data and updating CRM systems
Handling sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism
Demonstrating an understanding of data protection and GDPR principles
Meeting service, quality, compliance, and performance targets
Managing customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
For specialist roles: supporting structured, compliance-driven processes such as healthcare or clinical trial-related interactions (full training provided)
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years international call centre experience (preferred for experienced roles)
OR recent graduates with strong communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Sales experience advantageous but not essential
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Willingness and availability to work rotational shifts (Mon-Sun)
