MSM Unify is expanding its international footprint and is seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Online Program Management (OPM) to lead student recruitment, partner development, and revenue growth across key global markets.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving enrollments and revenue for online degree programs through a combination of direct sales and channel partnerships. The position requires strong ownership of regional performance, partner ecosystems, and end-to-end admissions execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Delivery & Growth
Deliver assigned enrollment and revenue targets for online programs across designated regions.
Build predictable and scalable pipelines to support sustained growth.
Partner Management & Channel Development
Onboard, train, and manage education agents, sub-agents, academic institutions, and OPM/edtech partners.
Conduct regular performance reviews, address operational challenges, and drive outcomes against defined KPIs.
Execute joint marketing and engagement initiatives to increase lead quality and improve conversion rates.
Sales Process & Funnel Management
Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound lead pipelines generated directly and through partners.
Counsel prospective students on program offerings, admissions requirements, and career outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates across all stages of the admissions funnel.
Collaborate closely with admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely enrollments.
Training & Capability Building
Support onboarding and training of new partners and junior team members.
Drive best practices in CRM usage, sales processes, and compliance.
Act as a mentor and process owner within the regional ecosystem.
Required Experience & Profile
Proven experience in Online Program Management (OPM), online degree sales, or digital higher education partnerships.
Strong understanding of online admissions funnels, conversion metrics, and learner lifecycle management.
Experience representing a university, OPM provider, or edtech organization in international markets.
Demonstrated success in channel partner development with direct revenue ownership.
