Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Showroom Team in closing deals with clients
- Telephonic canvassing
- Customer service
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction
- 3-5 years showroom sales experience preferably in the construction/tiling industry
- A flair for design and creativity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Negotiating skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to meet set monthly targets
- History of excellent customer service is mandatory
- Own transport and valid driver's license
- Matric qualification
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, hands-on, proactive, and accountable approach
- Team player with attention to detail and good etiquette
