Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Internal Sales and support for Material Handling. To ensure daily sales targets are achieved. Attend to customer / branch sales enquiries and submit quotations in time. Service telephone customers as well as counter sales clients. Attend to warranty claims and non- conformances reports (NCR). Manage stock and maintain adequate stock order levels. Process quotes, create invoices, purchase orders, and assist external Reps with enquiries. Analysing of GP reports and implementing corrective actions if necessary. Identify and targeting new customers from and internal perspective. Supporting National product specialist and regional product specialist.
Minimum Requirements
Matric. 2 - 3 years' sales experience in Material Handling. Valid driver's license. Sales and engineering or agricultural knowledge. Computer literacy. People orientated. Organisation skills. Communication Skills. K8 experience an advantage.
