Internal Sales Representative (Steel/Roofing Background)
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative with a steel or roofing background. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders.
Coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries.
Achieve sales targets and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain customer records and resolve queries.
Key Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12); Sales/Marketing qualification a plus.
2+ years experience in steel or roofing sales.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
