Job Description
Our client in the Automation/Engineering industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Pretoria East.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal/technical sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience or interest in automation, engineering, or industrial technology is a plus
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation
- Process sales orders accurately and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
