Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Internal Sales Representative at Electrotek in Mossel Bay. The successful candidate will play a key part in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for:
Generating leads Meeting sales targets Assisting customers with in-store sales Building relationships with customers Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
Sales experience within the electrical wholesale industry Knowledge of electrical equipment and industry trends Excellent customer service and professional communication skills Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
