Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong relationships with clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation
Process sales orders accurately and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in internal/technical sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience or interest in automation, engineering, or industrial technology is a plus.
