Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Timmdek's premium product range and generate new business leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and excellent service.
Needs Analysis: Understand each customer's requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions.
Quoting & Sales: Prepare accurate quotes, clearly explain product features and benefits, and close sales efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product specifications, updates, and new releases so you can confidently assist customers.
Answering Inquiries: Handle phone, email, and walk-in queries in a professional, friendly manner.
Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products, explaining how they meet specific project requirements.
CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate client and sales information within our CRM system.
Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, external sales reps, and management to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1-2 years in internal sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or hardware industry.
Technical Skills: Must be able to calculate square meter requirements for customer quotes.
People Skills: A confident communicator with excellent listening, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
Work Ethic: Friendly, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Organisation: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Customer Focus: A positive, service-driven attitude with a knack for problem-solving and handling complaints professionally.
Driver's License: A valid license and reliable vehicle are preferred.
