Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, buy-outs, credit notes and pricing approvals.
Support external sales reps with customer queries, stock availability queries and lead times.
Service walk-in clients with sales, product information and quotes.
Order buy-out items through inventory department.
Communicate and liaise with various departments including but not limited to Accounts Manufacturing Inventory and warehousing.
Follow up on quotes weekly or as requested.
Load waybills and liaise with couriers on collection and deliveries.
Compile weekly reports on back orders and quotes.
Maintain excellent customer service levels across all channels.
Opening and closing of office
Requirements:
Proven experience and track record in Technical or Construction related. Product sales support and administration
Strong knowledge of logistics, exports and order processing.
Proficiency in Syspro and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.
