Job Summary Minimum education: Matric
Minimum experience: 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a sales role paired with some marketing experience
Ideal Industries: Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Marine and Ship Building, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Machine Building and/or Food and Beverage
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Assist your dedicated External Sales Rep with an official quotation and ensure that you have all the relevant information from the rep or customer to supply an accurate quotation
- Assist support from the workshop manager on bigger RFQxe2x80x99s
- Follow up on leads within 48 hours
- Bill of Material to match the drawing given to operations
- Able to design basic solutions by yourself
- Process Orders from customers and External Sales Reps
- Follow up on payments and drawing approvals with Customers and update the purchasing department accordingly
- On a weekly basis follow-up on quotes to all internal and external clients and complete forecasting report by the first week of every month
- All processed quotes, drawings, costings, and client communication to be always loaded onto company server
- As per the need of the business contact customers to address any issues with deliveries / new products or billing via email communication
- Attend to all new enquiries, upload details onto company exchange and submit report of new clients to management in the first week of every month
