Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Internal Sales Rep to join their team!
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
- Professional communication skills with customers
- Daily filing and administrative tasks
- Contact customers regularly to determine stock or order needs
- Process sales transactions using Syspro
- Perform daily cash ups and reconcile with finance department
- Handle sales-related calls and process orders
- Provide daily sales updates to the Sales Representative
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Participate in weekly stock takes with stores team
