Internal Sales Representative

Job Description
Our client in the Automotive manufacturing industry is looking for a commercially minded Sales Representative to be based in Durban.
The incumbent must be able to start immediately.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Sales or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in aftermarket Tyre sales.
Reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial relationships with all tyre shops, aftermarket vehicle spares shops, garages, etc to be able to introduce and generate monthly revenue on the sales of wheel nuts and lock nuts.
- Maintain an updated database of contact persons, and numbers for each of the customers and arrange regular visits to promote/increase product sales
- Look for additional opportunities to grow product sales in existing customer segment and new customer segments;
- Develop plan for approval to target the customer segment and timelines;
- Develop annual budgets detail to include by product, by month including potential revenue and gross profit;
- Submit weekly updates for approval of client visits, revenue and growth;
- Focus on high volume customers and develop pricing structure in conjunction with line manager
- Identify other opportunities for the Company and communicate with line manager
