Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generating accurate invoices based on customer orders for goods, including details like product descriptions, quantities, prices, and payment terms. Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time. Generate credit notes for returns or adjustments. Maintain accuracy and filing of invoices, credit notes, delivery documentation, and remittances.
Desired Experience & Qualification
:Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Strong organisational skills Experience in customer invoicing Experience in Sage Evolution Proficiency in English and Afrikaans Matric or equivalent required Computer literate Age Preference: 25 to 30 years
