What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat Guide clients through our product range and assist them in making informed purchase decisions Help generate new leads through proactive follow-ups and outbound calls Support marketing initiatives by following up on campaigns and potential leads Accurately update customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets Provide outstanding customer service to encourage long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills An

enthusiastic, friendly

personality with a willingness to learn -- no experience required! A positive, go-getter attitude and a passion for working with people A natural team player with a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in sales or customer service is great, but not essential
Afrikaans and English communication skills will be a plus when engaging with our diverse customer base.
