Internal Sales Representative (Aluminium) required in Germiston.

Are you a young, energetic, and technically-minded individual looking to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on industry? Our client, a well-established company in the signage and aluminium manufacturing sector based in Wadeville is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join their growing team.



Salary: R15 000 - R16 000 dependent on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle internal sales enquiries and convert them into orders Engage directly with clients (telephonically, via email, and walk-ins) Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide technical product information and support to clients Liaise with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing Assist with stock availability and pricing queries Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions

Requirements:

Matric certificate Previous internal sales or customer service experience (1-2 years) - preferably in signage, aluminium, or manufacturing Technically minded with the ability to understand basic materials, processes, and products Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude Computer literate (MS Office; experience on a POS or ERP system is beneficial) Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy sales environment Must be proactive, organised, and a team player Reside in or near Wadeville (or willing to travel) * Own vehicle required
