Vacancy: Internal Sales - Nelspruit
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions within the internal sales framework.
- Maintain existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer care, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, showcasing product offerings and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively communicate advantages to customers.
- Minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma.
- Proven track record in internal sales, with a focus on customer relations.
- 5 years of relevant experience in internal sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in customer care and complaint resolution.
- Salary: R8 000 ctc for 6 months, possible increase.
