Your role will include:
Maintaining strong relationships with customers including multi-nationals Customers.
Managing internal sales operations to ensure smooth processes and exceptional service.
Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams.
Supporting business strategy with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers
Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy
Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process
Implement and monitor the "20 Keys" continuous improvement system
Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders
Monitor and guide clients on credit limits
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales/internal sales management role
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes and reporting
