What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales, to join our Sales team. If you have proven track record in sales, preferably within the chemicals industry, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with customers and internal teams.
What do we expect from the candidate?

• Customer-Focused: Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to manage orders, documentation, and customer information accurately.
• Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work effectively with other departments, such as marketing and logistics.

The key responsibilities:

• Handle all sales calls and taking telephonic orders.
• Receiving orders by email or fax.
• Switchboard relief when needed.
• Process quotations and tax invoice timeously and send to customers.
• Load orders on system.
• Issue production sheet.
• Monitor available stock and liaise with operations on delivery commitments.
• Obtain release of sales orders in suspense and accounts on hold.
• Liaise with Account Managers on orders, complaints etc.
• Attend to customer complaints, enquiries and give customers feedback.
• Manage back-order report.
• Follow up on dispatch queries.
• Do daily sales report.
• Be able to work or assist in the Collections office.

If you possess...
Must-Have:

• Grade 12/Matric.
• National Diploma in Marketing or related.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of products sold at Rolfes Chemicals will be an added

advantage. * At least two years of sales experience.

• A strong leader and have the ability to mentor junior consultants.
• Proven track record of working effectively in remote team settings, demonstrating flexibility, and contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Analytical and a Problem-Solving person: Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions. Strong debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues in the development process.
