Internal Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Telemarketers to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, promoting our range of telecommunications services, including internet fiber and VoIP solutions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers to introduce and promote our telecommunications products and services.Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach, aiming to schedule appointments for the external sales team.Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings, including internet, fiber-optic technology, and VoIP solutions to effectively address customer inquiries.Sales Presentation:
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations over the phone, highlighting product features and benefits.Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Sales Tracking:
Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to keep track of leads and follow-up actions.Collaboration:
Work closely with the external sales team to provide leads and share insights on customer needs and market conditions.Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6000,00 - R50000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
