They specialise in tungsten carbide cutting tools, holding tools, and industrial vending machines, delivering complete tooling solutions that help clients achieve precision and efficiency.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales candidate to join a dynamic team. If you're passionate about customer service, building relationships, and driving sales, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Attend to quotes, orders, and sales enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Work closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist other branches with internal sales functions as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes to secure business.
• Process orders efficiently, including sourcing products from local suppliers and negotiating prices.
• Monitor back orders and coordinate with Stock and Credit Controllers to resolve issues.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, meeting sales targets and fostering long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in stock counts, general filing, and other sales-related administrative duties.
